怎么培养自主入睡
幺蛾子都是出在满月后到4个月之间，这之间由于：
清醒时间的延长
昼夜节律的形成
安抚手法的不当
响应方式的升级
这些原因都会造成睡眠习惯及睡眠情况的倒退。
奶睡抱睡过度哄睡，此类大坑会在这期间越挖越深。
这期间，如果你发现宝宝不喝奶就不睡，不抱就不睡，入睡困难且小觉睡得更加不稳定，夜间睡眠有所倒退，就是引入拍睡的最佳时机。
4个月以上，由于宝宝肢体动作更加活跃，频繁拍哄有时对宝宝入睡，起到的干扰作用更多于平静安抚作用。
拍睡需要的3大神器
营造良好的睡眠环境和入睡氛围，会让这个过程事半功倍。
1、白噪音
推荐RelaxMelodies和SoundSleeper这两个白噪音播放APP，可以帮妈妈节省肺活量和人工的嘘声安抚，唱歌念经嘘嘘毕竟也都是体力活，能省则省。
2、襁褓
小月龄的惊跳反射，会让孩子睡眠时手脚乱动一惊一乍容易醒。
在睡前为小宝宝包上襁褓，是抑制惊跳反射稳定睡眠的最佳利器。魔术贴式及拉链式襁褓，是更便捷有效的方式。
3、安抚奶嘴
可以借助奶嘴。在睡眠环境中安抚自己至平静状态，在宝宝迷糊时候就将奶嘴拿出。但最好不要含着奶嘴至完全睡着，在宝宝逐渐长大的过程中，可以逐渐减少睡前吸吮奶嘴的时间，以免形成过度依赖。
4、光线
在昏暗甚至全黑的房间内，宝宝会更容易入睡及睡稳小觉。
对于已经分辨日夜的宝宝，在小睡前，可以将遮光帘放下，营造更黑暗，更让人昏昏欲睡的感觉。只要确保每次日间小睡不超过2～3小时，清醒时间在充满光照的环境玩耍，就不需要担心昼夜颠倒。
拍睡前的两个要点
1、充分放电
在清醒时间（睡前）充分放电，不但可以帮助宝宝大运动发展，更重要的，宝宝也能睡得更好。
当然，在玩耍之后，记得要给宝宝一点睡前的缓冲，进房间抱着说说话，按摩哼歌等都是有效睡前平静的方式。
2、及时捕捉睡眠信号
4个月以下的宝宝醒1～2小时就会困倦，大月龄宝宝的清醒时间在2～3小时左右，1岁后如果睡两觉，每个小睡前的清醒时间通常是3～4小时，如果只睡一个午觉了，清醒时间可以达到4～5小时以上。
大部分宝宝清醒时间的规律，通常是早觉前最短，午觉前稍长，晚觉前最长。
结合清醒的时间，在宝宝出现明显睡眠信号的时候尝试入睡，学习自主入睡的过程会顺利许多。
常见的睡眠信号有：
抓头，揉眼，哈欠，脾气恶化等等。如果是还没去睡，但已经哭闹，这样过度疲劳的宝宝，会更难入睡和保证睡眠质量，记得下次要早一点安排入睡。
习惯于抱睡奶睡的，直接过渡到在床上拍睡，会有点困难。
可以先从贴着妈妈睡开始，从抱着睡到靠着睡。
从陪睡到完全自主入睡
步骤拆解：
1.先让宝宝在妈妈身上趴着，宝宝可能会哭闹，没关系保持姿势；
2.带点力度有节奏地拍PP或者背部，宝宝累了就会把头低下趴你身上；
3.拍迷糊了之后，大人一点点转侧身，宝宝也会顺势侧过来，宝宝从趴着到略有倾斜侧身到了床铺。（对于会翻身的大宝宝，可以将宝宝从在身上趴着平移到趴在床铺，也就是直接趴睡）
4.转向床铺后，一只手控制住宝宝的身体不要乱扭，一手继续拍，最后拍的频率越来越慢，变成3～5秒拍一下，最后只抓住宝宝的手或手压在宝宝身上，看宝宝状态，放手，宝宝睡着。
